Orthopedics and Pain Therapy

Dr Döbber’s orthopaedics practice in Hamburg Blankenese

Hamburg’s well-known orthopaedic surgeon Dr Renate Döbber and her team treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially acute and chronic disorders of the spine, joints, muscles and tendons. The range of services also includes medical care for injuries and treatment of athletes.

The primary goal of therapy is to avoid operations. As such, it is crucial to detect disorders early and treat them properly. A positive factor in this respect is Dr Döbber’s many years of specialising in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and her focus on holistic medicine.

Once a diagnosis has been confirmed, an individually tailored course of treatment follows. The aim is to cure the disease. If this is impossible in the case of degenerative diseases, for example, the focus is on cause-related pain therapy, which eliminates or alleviates pain and improves mobility.

The range of treatments includes not only traditional methods such as injections, medication and physiotherapy but also acupuncture, Chinese medicine, naturopathy or shock wave therapy.

A particular specialisation is our CT interventional spinal therapy. The treatment of back disorders is a key area at our orthopaedics surgery in Hamburg. In addition, the doctor performs rheumatological early diagnostics and therapy.

The modern and excellently equipped practice is conveniently located next to Blankenese railway station (S-Bahn). Parking is available.

Empfang Dr. Badorreck
