The Centre for Psychosomatic Medicine in Falkenried

is a private day care and specialist outpatient unit. We collaborate with the West Hamburg Psychosomatic Private Hospital with inpatient treatments. Under the medical direction of Prof. Stephan Ahrens at the offices of the specialist unit in Falkenried we provide a fully integrated treatment model with interdisciplinary forms of therapy as well as a comprehensive health prevention programme. Specific treatment of tinnitus can be provided at the adjacent Eppendorf Tinnitus Centre and at the Hamburg West Private Hospital for inpatients.
Our therapeutic methods are individual and tailored. The main focus of our treatment is on symptoms of exhaustion and burnout. Our services also include specific therapeutic concepts for anxiety and panic disorders, depression, vegetative physical disorders and eating disorders.
A special feature of our range of therapeutic services is the full integration of psychotherapy combined with depth-oriented and behavioural therapeutic elements plus various physical therapies.
As well as our extensive services, quiet zones and a cafeteria with a lounge are also available. The consultation and treatment rooms are bright, spacious and comfortable. They also provide enough space and opportunities for you to take some time out for yourself.
